Sunlight: Bright but not direct . Not suited for intense, direct sun.

Water: Keep soil consistently moist but not drenched. Water 1-2 times a week in the Spring and Summer but less in the winter. The leaves are a tell tale sign if its getting too much or too light. Droopy, sad leaves usually need more water. Watch as they bounce back after watering. 

Humidity: Tolerates average indoor humidity.

If you are planning on shipping plants in Winter to colder parts of the country, please add a HEAT PACK to your order. They are $4 and can be added to your cart on the PLANTS or POTTED PLANTS page. 

They release heat for 96 hours and are necessary for longer shipments that may cause the plants to experience colder temperatures. 

This is an unnecessary purchase for the west coast of British Columbia. It is recommended for the interior or shipping to Alberta or East Coast.

 

Due to the severe temperature drop in the Winter in most parts of Canada, it is at the buyer's risk when purchasing any plants from our site. This means that it is the buyer's responsibility to purchase a HEAT PACK (on PLANTS page) with their purchase if they believe the weather conditions in their area are extreme.

We do package all our plants with paper and some reused bubble wrap.
